We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking, user-oriented Product Manager to join our vibrant team. In this crucial role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for our cutting-edge pet health platform. Collaborating intimately with departments spanning Product, Marketing, Data, Customer Experience, Veterinary Services, and Business Development, you'll craft solutions that forge meaningful connections between our pet parents and their beloved pets.

Our Product Management Team—composed of dedicated pet lovers—works tirelessly to enhance the health and happiness of pet parents and veterinary professionals. We are devoted to creating accessible, user-centric products. Your leadership, strong communication skills, and extensive collaboration will be key in this role.

Your Impact:

  • Drive Vetsters' vision forward by crafting and steering our product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with both our users' needs and our overarching business objectives.
    • Exhibit a strong understanding on how to balance collaborating with stakeholders, prioritizing the most impactful work, and maintaining agility.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to bring product concepts to life, ensuring a seamless user experience across our telemedicine platform.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development cycles, from ideation to launch, ensuring goals are met.
  • Drive product reviews and strategy sessions, fostering a culture of innovation and user-centered design.
  • Conduct and analyze market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
  • Utilize product analytics and user feedback to refine product strategy and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Champion the voice of the user within the organization, ensuring product decisions are aligned with user needs and experiences.
  • Establish clear goals and benchmarks through measurable objectives and key results.
  • Embrace a user-first methodology in crafting intuitive and accessible products.
  • Introduce and uphold superior product development and management standards.
  • Articulate & communicate effectively to shape outcomes and foster consensus.

What You Bring:

  • Experience with product management in a tech industry, showcasing a history of successful digital product launches and expansions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, well-versed in product management techniques and tools.
  • Stellar communication and team leadership skills, with a flair for guiding cross-functional teams.
  • A proven ability to drive decision-making through data, utilizing product analytics, A/B testing, and user research.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with evidence of transforming ideas into realities and scaling global consumer products loved by users.
  • The agility to navigate and deliver in a fast-paced setting, alongside a willingness to roll up your sleeves for hands-on product management tasks.
