Position Overview

Vetster is looking for a paid media manager excited to build programs that will generate awareness for Vetster’s award-winning telehealth services and driving revenue through paid channels. This person will work closely with Vetster’s marketing, data and product teams as well as our agency partners to create high-performance channels. This role is responsible for developing, testing, validating and scaling our PPC strategies, managing budgets, optimizing targeting strategies.

Common responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across including managing timelines, deliverables and reporting.
  • Leverage a continuous testing approach across creative, messaging, audience targeting and platforms.
  • Build out our paid strategies across key platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon) as well as media platforms and distribution/newsletter partners.
  • Build and execute strategies at the national, regional and city level.
  • Establish programs that help Vetster identify G2M programs for international growth.
  • Work with agency partners and consultants to maximize the value and outcome of every dollar invested.
  • Establish best practices by setting KPIs and integrating results as part of our holistic lifecycle costs and results.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting, while maintaining a responsive capability to changing campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant marketing experience, growth marketing experience preferred
  • Google Adwords Certification, Facebook Certification
  • Knowledge of Adwords, Display, Search, Bing, Amazon, Retargeting, and Programmatic
  • Minimum of 3 years in digital and multi-channel campaign development, implementation and management
  • Proven track record creating high-performance customer acquisition campaigns through paid media
  • Aptitude for test, learn and scale environment with analytical capability to optimize campaigns quickly
  • Understanding of how marketing, product and data work together to drive growth
